10 Outrageous Situations You Hopefully Won't Have to Face as a Leader
Being tasked with turning-around a company comes with some WTF moments
Joining a company with the mandate of turning around the performance and culture of the people is equally daunting from all fronts. The good news is that most people have good intentions and want to do the right thing for the company and themselves. The not-so-good news is the minority of people who don’t have good intentions and believe their actions are justified typically account for the majority of the dysfunction. Luckily (and I’m reaching with that word), those with bad intentions tend to be equally bad at getting away with it.
I wish I could say this list is the entirety of my WTF moments, but unfortunately, there are more than ten, and for some unconscious reason, these are the ones I vividly remember.
