Hypothesis: Corporate values have no impact on an employee’s decision-making
Starting 2023 with a value experiment to answer some big questions and better understand each other.
As leaders, we spend tremendous time talking and acting on workplace culture. Conversely, we are exposed to a regular dose of dissatisfied individuals across most public forums. It would seem core values are a good place to start unpacking this.
